Nicola is an experienced and accomplished Facilitator with expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion issues, strategic planning, social impact, organizational and leadership development, and providing services built from a decolonial and culturally responsive lens.

Not only committed to collaboration and partnership to increase creativity and innovation, Nicola also establishes relationships with her students and clientele to enable them to unleash their potential by implementing high-impact strategies that can be utilized to address various issues and challenges.
Nicola is an Assistant Professor at Sheridan College teaching Social Policy, Social Justice and Change, Social Diversity in Contemporary Canada, and Professional Practice. As well as a Field Faculty Liaison in Social Work at the University of Toronto.

He is the owner of Trotman Communications, a boutique strategic communications agency that works with non-profit and social purpose organizations to improve their digital communications.

As an experienced presenter and educator, Christopher is passionate about supporting organizations in building their internal capacity and telling their stories more effectively. Christopher has been a sessional professor with Seneca College, in the Communications Management post-graduate program for more than 3 years where he has focused on program content related to internal communications, public relations, and corporate communications. In addition, Christopher has delivered a variety of communications-related workshops with a specific focus on story-telling, digital communications, marketing, and public relations.

Gemma Duley, P.Eng

Gemma is an experienced Facilitator with more than 25 years of experience in team leadership, team building, and continuous improvement. As a highly effective facilitator both virtually and in-person, Gemma brings a thoughtful and collaborative style to the classroom and possesses advanced collaboration and team-building acumen.

She is a certified Lean Six Sigma coach and trainer with a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Gemma has coached and trained Lean and Lean Six Sigma professionals in many industries, including telecommunications, oil and gas, education, insurance, medical, law enforcement, energy, government, and food and supply chain. As a strong believer in continuous learning, Gemma has further honed her skills through Toastmasters International, ProAction’s Change Management Certification, and Immunity to Change certification. Gemma has also received her Train The Trainer certification yet still finds an opportunity to learn from other excellent trainers, facilitators, and coaches. Gemma is currently working on her International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach certification.
